Global Market Access Strategy Manager

Reporting to the Global Access Strategy Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver key global materials, with a particular focus on the Market Access Strategy Summary. This role offers strong exposure to asset-level strategy, global–local collaboration and is well-positioned as a stepping stone for future leadership within Market Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of core payer deliverables (GVDs, DARs, value narratives)
• Support and enable the Market Access Strategy Summary (MASS)
• Align cross-functional evidence generation (HEOR, RWE), identifying evidence gaps and access risks
• Partner with global, regional and local teams to drive access strategy
• Contribute to scientific communication and external engagement

Candidate profile:

• Relevant degree in Health Economics or equivalent
• Strong background (7+ years) in market access within the biopharmaceutical industry or consulting space (e.g. HTA, HEOR, outcomes research, payer evidence, or access strategy)
• Experience supporting global or asset-level payer evidence or access projects
• Affiliate or country-level experience, particularly supporting xwzovoh HTA submissions or payer interactions
• Understanding of payer and HTA decision-making processes in at least one major market

This role is offered on an initial 12 month contract with realistic potential for extension.
