About the role
REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Scotland's fastest growing Housing Associations, who are looking to recruit a 'Property Administrator' on a Temporary Contract. This is a key administrative and customer‑facing role within the Property Maintenance service, ensuring works are coordinated efficiently and delivered right‑first‑time. You will act as a central point of contact for customers, contractors and internal teams, providing proactive, accurate and high‑quality support throughout the lifecycle of planned works.

Details:
Temporary Contract - 12 - 16 weeks
Shift Pattern - 9-5
£38,000 (per annum)
Start Date: ASAP
Location - Falkirk
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administration support to planned maintenance supervisors, assistant supervisors and contract surveyors.
Be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and contractors.
Ensure customers are informed in advance of the upcoming years programme of planned works.
Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure that suitable appointments are made for surveys, installations and post inspections to be carried out.
Process all supplier orders in line with the agreed timescales.
Work with the Strategic Asset Team to ensure that work orders are raised through the internal housing management system [Aareon] ensuring all appropriate coding is used and when work completed update as appropriate.
