What You’ll Be Doing

You will be expected to:

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Perform quality checks on all company paint products
• Conduct quality tests on returned samples and customer complaints to identify and then document issues
• Help to develop new and optimise existing paint formulations
• Maintain detailed records of testing, non-conformances, and raw materials. xwzovoh
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

• Educated to BSc level or above in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• A good understanding of paints and the chemistry behind them

Desirable

• Previous experience working in a paint manufacturing lab
