What this role actually is
Youre not just running shifts.
Youre supporting the overall performance of the business from service and team culture through to sales and standards.
From open to close, the expectation is simple: a venue that runs smoothly, delivers consistently, and performs commercially.
What youll be doing
supporting the delivery of sales, gp and labour targets
leading shifts and driving standards across the venue
working closely with the gm to improve performance and operations
coaching and developing duty managers and supervisors
supporting recruitment, training and team development
maintaining strong service, atmosphere and guest experience
ensuring compliance, stock control and operational processes are followed
What were looking for
experience in a busy, high-energy venue
strong leadership and team development skills
good understanding of sales, gp and labour performance
confident running shifts and supporting overall operations
organised, hands-on and commercially aware
What youll get
Up to £40,000 + bonus + service charge
progression towards general manager roles across Nightcap
