This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented Spa & Leisure Manager to join a highly regarded property known for outstanding guest experiences, premium facilities, and first-class hospitality standards. The successful Spa & Leisure Manager will be responsible for overseeing all spa and leisure operations while ensuring exceptional service delivery and commercial performance.
The Role
As Spa & Leisure Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the spa, gym, pool, and leisure facilities while leading and motivating a dedicated wellness team. The role requires a hands-on leader who can deliver luxury guest experiences, maximise revenue opportunities, and maintain the highest operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operation of the spa and leisure facilities
* Lead, coach, and develop the spa and wellness team
* Deliver exceptional guest service in line with luxury hospitality standards
* Drive revenue through treatments, retail sales, memberships, and promotions
* Manage budgets, payroll, and financial performance
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations
* Maintain outstanding presentation standards throughout all facilities
* Work closely with senior hotel management to enhance the guest experience
* Introduce innovative wellness initiatives and spa offerings
About You
* Previous experience as a Spa & Leisure Manager within a luxury hotel or premium xwzovoh spa environment
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business performance
* Passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong communication and organisational abilities
* Knowledge of spa booking systems and operational reporting
* Professional, hands-on, and customer-focused approach
