They are seeking a polished and highly organised Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium residential properties. This is a client-facing role requiring professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants alike. Key Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of high-value residential properties across London * Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants * Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments to the highest standard * Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations * Liaise with contractors, concierge teams, and third-party service providers * Handle tenancy renewals, deposit negotiations, and end-of-tenancy processes * Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication at all times About You * Proven experience in property management, ideally within the prime or luxury sector * Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail * Confident communicator with a professional, client-centric approach * Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously * Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance requirements * ARLA qualification (or working towards) is desirable * A calm, solutions-driven mindset with a high level of discretion Thank you for your interest in opportunities with Unico Recruitment (London) Ltd.
