We’re working with a growing and dynamic law firm looking to hire a Conveyancing Paralegal into their busy Property team in Luton.

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 12 months’ experience to step into a hands-on role with real responsibility, supporting a solicitor while managing your own caseload.

The Role

You’ll be joining a fast-paced Property team, managing a caseload of 80–100 files under supervision while supporting on a variety of transactions from instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters under supervision
• Opening files and taking initial instructions from clients
• Raising enquiries on sales and purchases
• Drafting reports on title, search summaries, and client correspondence
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
• Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
• Supporting a solicitor across a busy and varied workload

About You

• Minimum 1 year’s experience within a Residential Property / Conveyancing team
• Confident managing a high-volume caseload under supervision
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
• Proactive, reliable, and keen to develop further
