Job Title: Data Labeling Analyst
Location: Remote (United Kingdom)
Remuneration: £30.77 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Apply detailed labeling guidelines to structured and unstructured datasets with precision and consistency.
- Complete labeling and review tasks within defined turnaround times and productivity expectations.
- Conduct quality checks, identify ambiguities in guidelines, and escalate issues through established channels.
- Document work clearly, including labeling notes, edge cases, and rationale to support auditability and continuous improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle data in compliance with applicable policies and legal standards.
- Collaborate with the engagement manager and cross-functional teams for task clarification and prioritization.
Minimum Requirements:
- Attention to detail - spot errors from LLM, compare to guidelines.
- Strong grammar and writing skills
- Read well
- Interest in pop culture, and social media
- Experience in data labeling, annotation, content review, data QA, or similar detail-oriented operational roles.
- Proven ability to follow written guidelines accurately and make consistent decisions across extensive tasks.
- Strong written communication skills to clearly document edge cases and exceptions.
- Proficient with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, web-based labeling platforms, basic reporting tools).
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently in a structured environment.
- Willingness to complete required onboarding and privacy/security training before commencing work.
