1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant - Lewisham - £90-£110 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

• 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant - Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH required
• 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant - Experience working in a specialist or alternative provision desirable
• 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant - Must be confident managing behaviour and supporting emotional regulation
• 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant - Required full time ASAP

The Role - 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant

Seeking a resilient and patient 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a pupil aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs within a specialist setting. You will provide consistent individual support throughout the school day, helping the pupil manage behaviour, regulate emotions and engage with learning. The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation strategies, building trust and promoting positive routines within a structured and supportive environment.
