Role Overview:

As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Client Relationship Management:Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities. Build strong, long-term partnerships with key industry players.
• Tailored Recruitment Solutions:Understand clients' specific business needs and provide customised recruitment solutions to address those requirements effectively.
• Business Development:Use sales acumen, business development strategies, and networking to identify and capitalise on new opportunities within the engineering sector.
