A leading UK organisation operating in a complex, high-profile environment is seeking to appoint an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join a high-performing team on a FTC basis.


The Role

You will act as a trusted advisor managing highly sensitive and business-critical ER queries across a large, operationally diverse organisation. With direct influence on reputational risk, cost mitigation, and legal exposure, this is a role for a professional with credibility and gravitas.


You will:

  • Shape and drive a positive workplace culture across the organisation.
  • Resolve ER queries via phone, email, and face-to-face, providing clear and practical advice.
  • Offer expertise on ER processes and Employment Policy.
  • Identify trends and proactively support cultural and behavioural improvements.
  • Improve line manager capability through identification of development needs and provision of feedback on an individual basis, sharing learning.
  • Operate with autonomy while embedded within a highly collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Drive consistency, ensuring advice and decisions are applied fairly and in line with best practice and organisational standards.


Key Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • A proven track record in managing sensitive and complex ER queries.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to operate at pace. xwzovoh
