Freelance Site Manager - Social Housing * Project: L&Q Contract - external works: roof and door replacement * East London (E10 / E17) * £280 - £300 CIS * Must have your own car We are working with a well-known and respected social housing contractor looking to appoint a Freelance Site Manager to support delivery on the L&Q framework across East London (E10 & E17). The Role You will be managing external refurbishment works across scattered properties and low-rise blocks, including: * Roof replacements * Window replacements * General external upgrades This is a fast-paced role overseeing multiple sites within occupied housing stock, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple locations * Supervise subcontractors and site teams * Ensure health & safety compliance * Drive programme and quality of works * Liaise with residents and client teams Requirements * Proven Site Manager experience in social housing refurbishment * Strong externals background (roofing/windows essential) * SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid * Able to manage multiple sites effectively * Must have own vehicle What’s on Offer * £280–£300 per day (CIS) * Fuel card provided * Ongoing, long-term work available
