Procurement Officer

First Choice are recruiting on behalf of the Business Services Organisation for a Procurement Officer based in the Ballymena area.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive team in a varied role. Duties will include raising purchase orders, dealing with invoice queries, supporting contract renewals, responding to queries from departments and suppliers, and completing general administrative tasks while ensuring compliance.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a pay rate of £14.06 per hour- we can offer an immediate start for a temporary, ongoing position with no set end date.

What We Need From You

• Relevant experience in a business, commercial, or financial environment

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to improve services, systems, and customer service

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
