Maths Teacher (Permanent)

Cambridgeshire Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

REED Education is delighted to be working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ secondary school in Cambridgeshire to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher for a permanent role starting September 2026.

The Role:

• Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages (KS3 and KS4; KS5 desirable but not essential)
• Inspire confidence and enjoyment in Mathematics for learners of all abilities
• Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to support progress and attainment
• Contribute to the continued success of a collaborative and well-resourced Maths department
• Take an active role in the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally QTS (or working towards it), though strong unqualified teachers will also be considered
• A passion for Mathematics and high-quality teaching and learning
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Committed to maintaining high standards and improving outcomes
• ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
