Electrician

Electrician – Temp to Perm Edinburgh & Glasgow £24.00 per hour (depending on experience) Benefits * Competitive pay rate of £24.00 per hour, based on experience * Potential to transition into a permanent role after 13 weeks * Stable, full-time hours with flexibility around start and finish times * Diverse workload across a range of commercial and industrial sites * Immediate start available Key Duties * Work across commercial and industrial locations in Edinburgh (75%) and Glasgow (25%) * Standard hours: 35.5 per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am–4:30pm, with flexibility) * Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) * Carry out emergency lighting inspections and testing * Complete general electrical maintenance and installation tasks * Perform remedial work and replace electrical boards where required * Install, service, and repair electrical systems and equipment * Identify faults, diagnose issues, and carry out effective repairs * Ensure all work meets current safety standards and regulations Requirements * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification * ECS Gold Card * Demonstrated experience in commercial and industrial settings * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
