About the role

As a Senior Strategist, you’ll help clients unlock growth by defining what the future looks like, identifying real human needs, and turning those into tangible commercial opportunities. You’ll bring a strong consulting background with expertise in growth strategy and proposition development, leading projects end-to-end – from framing the problem through to delivering impactful outputs.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll lead teams, shape problem-solving approaches, and work closely with clients to define growth strategies, new propositions, and business models.

About you

You’ve developed within a strategy or innovation consultancy and bring a strong consulting toolkit. xwzovoh

You’re confident in:

• Market sizing and opportunity assessment
• Insight generation and synthesis
• Storyboarding and crafting clear narratives
• Proposition development and go-to-market thinking
• Futures and forward-looking strategy

You’ll also bring proven experience leading clients and building trusted relationships at a senior level.
