This is a hands-on finance role in a growing Tech business, working closely with operations to understand how the business is really performing.
Youll sit on the commercial side of finance digging into project performance, challenging assumptions, and helping the business make better decisions. Expect a mix of analysis, month-end, and partnering with non-finance teams.
What youll be doing:
Analysing project and business performance looking whats working, whats not, and why
Explaining variances to cost centre owners, looking at whats changed
Driving strong financial control and compliance
Supporting forecasting and planning
Partnering with stakeholders to challenge numbers and improve decision making
Getting into the detail, spotting risks, trends, and opportunities early
What were looking for:
Ideally qualified/PQ Accountant with management accounts experience
Strong Excel skills (this is a must)
Ideally experience in a project accounting
Someone naturally curious and inquisitive - do you question the numbers or just report them? xwzovoh
Comfortable working with non-finance teams
