Are you a passionate and supportive Operations Manager within the Contract Catering sector who has a passion for providing a 5* service to all your clients, with food to match, whilst also having the ability to drive sales and look after the bottom line? If so, then I want to hear from you.
I am currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for an independent Contract Cater who have strong focus on the quality of their food and development of their people. This role is not for the faint hearted you will be responsible for 10 very different contracts, each with their own demands and business requirements. xwzovoh
The ideal Operations Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;
Experience in a senior management role, within Contract Catering
Great understanding of the clients needs
Managed a patch of business with at least 6 sites
Strong retail business experience, up to date with the latest trends with strong financial acumen
In return for your hard work, you will receive a generous salary package of up to £60k plus car allowance
