Solar & Battery Installation Team (2-Man Crew) Employed | South Wales

Were working with a growing renewables business in South Wales that is bringing experienced solar teams in-house to support a strong pipeline of domestic and commercial projects.

This is a full-time employed role for an established 2-man team - not subcontracting, not ad hoc work.

Whats on offer

• £45,000 basic per person
• Performance bonusestaking earnings to£55k£65k+
• Overtime available

The work

• Solar PV installation
• Battery storage systems
• Mixture of domestic and commercial projects
• Additional M&E / ventilation work during quieter solar periods

What were looking for

• Established 2-man team(must already work together)
• Proven experience insolar PV + battery installs
• BPEC Solar PV qualification
• Battery / energy storage certification
• Strong standards - clean installs, no call-backs
• Professional on-site attitude
