  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients across housing associations, charities, and local authorities
  • Source and engage candidates for both temporary and permanent roles
  • Write compelling job adverts and manage applications
  • Interview and shortlist candidates, matching them to the right opportunities
  • Manage the full recruitment processfrom brief to placement
  • Stay close to your market, spotting opportunities and growing your desk
  • Youll have the autonomy to run your desk, with the backing of a team that genuinely supports each other. xwzovoh

The Person:

For this role our client is seeking someone who has already gained experience in recruitment. In addition to this they are also looking for someone who is:

  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
  • Driven and motivated, but not pushy
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Resilient, positive, and solutions-focused
  • Interested in working in a sector that makes a difference
