Sales Enablement Trainer

Our client is a hugely successful and award-winning global organization specialising in CRM software solutions to the SME marketplace. They are now seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week based at their prestigious UK headquarters in central London. Skills * 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement and ‘Train the Trainer’ roles. * Experience in SaaS Sales especially CRM and Marketing solutions. * Strong communication skills both when training sellers or working with stakeholders. * Ability to motivate and guide others to act. * Docebo, coaching and call evaluation systems , Slack or Amazon Connect. * Experience working with various AI tools would prove useful. Duties The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in ensuring their sales teams are equipped with the training, skills, and tools they need to be successful. * Onboarding new hires * Delivering ongoing learning that drives performance improvement. * Review sales calls to identify coaching opportunities and skill gaps. * Oversee Product Knowledge and Continuous Learning to the sales teams.
