This role offers the chance to manage the big 6 and over see the contractors works.

As the Gas and Electrical Compliance Surveyor you will be: Covering the big 6 of compliance specifically Gas Safety and EICR's.

Overseeing the contractors to ensure their work is up the high standards.

Effectively manage and monitor budgets that relate to the delivery of compliance Make sure that all compliance information is updated and the information is accurate Manage contractors and ensure the compliance of the business is effectively achieved Qualifications the Gas and Electrical Compliance will need: Previous experience of delivering gas and electric safety programmes and contracts in a social housing setting Experience working with the big 6 of compliance Experience checking contractors work and booking in remedial work HNC/HND in Building Studies or a degree in surveying ACS qualified 18th Edition AM2 NVQ Level 3 What you will receive as the Gas and xwzovoh Electrical Compliance Surveyor: £47,500 Hybrid working Flexible working hours 25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Group funded health cash plan We are keen to see CVs from Compliance Surveyor, Gas Surveyor, Building Surveyor and Senior Compliance Officer.
