Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider – Westminister - £22p/h - Temporary  Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Westminister. CBW is currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer, the successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in Painting and decorating and commercial building maintenance. Working hours  Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 ( 30 min unpaid break) Up to £22 per hour (umbrella) Immediate start  Key Duties & Responsibilities Daily duties will be a mixture of decorating, painting student rooms, site redecorations & making good, paired with some general Fabric duties. Own tools and whites will be required on the first day, one kit of each paint brushes (emulsion/oil) and tools for wallpapering if needs be, after this any tools and painting materials will be provided. Requirements Knowledge of commercial building maintenance An understanding of most building fabric duties Prior experience in painting and decorating in a commercial environment Good communication skills Health & Safety experience Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use) Ability to deliver excellent customer service Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload  Please send your CV to (url removed) for more information and to apply
