Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and resilient Mental Health Recovery Worker to join a specialist SEMH provision in Corby. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning by supporting their mental health, emotional regulation, and personal development. About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with students who present with a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will provide consistent, nurturing support throughout the school day, helping students to re-engage with education, build coping strategies, and develop positive relationships.
