Supportive team and structured working environment The role You'll use your clinical expertise to complete functional health assessments for individuals living with long-term physical and mental health conditions. Assessments are completed via: Telephone Video consultation Face-to-face appointments You'll produce clear, evidence-based reports using your professional judgement in a calm, non-emergency environment.
