Job Title: Semi-Skilled CNC Miller (Aerospace Precision Engineering) Location: Poole, UK Employment Type: Full-time Salary: £16.80 – £17.80 per hour We are currently seeking a Semi-Skilled CNC Miller to join a precision engineering environment producing high-quality aerospace components. Key Responsibilities: * Set and operate CNC milling machines using FANUC OI-MF control systems * Manufacture prismatic components to customer drawings and specifications * Carry out tool setting and offset adjustments * Inspect your own work in line with engineering drawings and SPC requirements * Maintain a clean and organised workspace in accordance with 5C/5S standards Skills & Experience Required: * Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines * Strong general engineering ability with attention to detail * Ability to work accurately to tight tolerances * Aerospace component manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential About You: * Quality-focused with a strong engineering mindset * Confident working independently once trained * Committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship and housekeeping * Reliable and keen to develop CNC machining skills further
