- CONTRACT SURREY Our Client is seeking a Power System Studies Electrical Engineer to work on onshore projects for an initial 6-12 month contract that has an immediate start.

EXPERIENCE: Experience of captive power generation, with or without grid connection.

Should have experience of equipment sizing, load flow, short circuit, dynamic motor starting, harmonic studies, arc flash & transient stability.

Should have previous experience of running Aramco power system studies and overseeing third party vendors.

Should have previous experience of providing power system studies for projects including EMT software.

Intermediate know-how using ETAP software.

JOB SCOPE: Purpose Power systems studies engineers required to support onshore projects Requirements To include captive power generation, with or without grid connection Studies will include equipment sizing, load flow, short circuit, dynamic motor starting, harmonic studies, arc flash & transient stability.

Tasks will include running power system studies and overseeing third party vendors.

Providepower system studies for projects including EMT software.

DURATION: 6-12 months initially LOCATION : The role will be based on minimum 4 days a week in our Clients Offices in Surrey.

Hybrid working may be possible with one day remote.

RATE : £65.00 per hourLtd co rate If the role is Likely to be outside of IR35 the final decision will only be made after a QDOS assessment. xwzovoh
