Building Surveyor Job Overview:
As a Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a broad range of project and professional work across multiple sectors. You will take responsibility for delivering instructions from inception through to completion, while working closely with clients and internal teams.
Key duties include:
? Project management and delivery of refurbishment and improvement schemes
? Contract administration
? Dilapidations
? Schedules of condition and schedules of work
? Condition surveys and reporting
? Fire safety and external wall assessments
? Delivery of professional services across a varied client base
Building Surveyor Job Requirements:
? MRICS qualified (or working towards)
? Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
? Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
? Strong experience across both project and professional work
