CNC Turner Setter Operator Leicester | Production £15.50 per hour

We're currently looking for a skilled CNC Turner Setter Operator to join our growing production team in Leicester. If you have a passion for precision engineering and enjoy working with high-quality components to tight tolerances, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 14:30 – 23:00
Friday: 14:30 – 20:00
What You'll Be Doing Setting CNC turning machines (single and/or twin spindle) within target times
Operating machines and making necessary adjustments for optimal performance
Producing high-quality components in line with technical drawings
Working to tight tolerances across a variety of materials
Carrying out in-process inspections using measuring equipment
Collaborating with Quality and Production teams
Supporting machining improvements and capability
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
Assisting with programming tasks where required
What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience in CNC turning (setting & operating)
Background in a machine shop or manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience using inspection tools (micrometers, verniers, gauges)
Good understanding of machining processes and tooling (desirable)
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001
