Senior Recruitment Consultant – Office Located in Fareham

Requirements:

• UK work eligibility
• Ability to commute to the office full-time, Monday–Friday
• At least 3 years of Recruitment experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Source and network candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
• Manage recruitment process (advertising, interviews, candidate briefings)
• Work towards KPIs and financial targets
