As a Process Engineer, you will benefit from: Four day working week 22 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service Company pension scheme with contributions up to 10% Life insurance after two years of service Twice-yearly company events Cycle to work scheme and free parking As a Process Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Supporting and optimising manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost and delivery targets Managing New Product Introduction, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied Creating and maintaining detailed work instructions and best practice documentation Driving continuous improvement activities across quality, process and delivery performance Monitoring KPIs and investigating variances against agreed manufacturing times Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental and health and safety standards As a Process Engineer, your experience will include: Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment A methodical and process-driven approach to problem solving Confidence working with KPIs, quality standards and continuous improvement tools The ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation Strong communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with HNC in Electrical Engineering desirable If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and make a tangible impact as a Process Engineer, we’d love to hear from you.
