Amazon - Paid Media Lead – Beauty - London – c. £We’re looking for a commercially minded and data-driven Paid Media Lead to spearhead performance marketing across Amazon and key third-party marketplaces. This role is pivotal in scaling digital acquisition, managing significant budgets, and driving growth across global markets.
Lead and optimise paid media activity across Amazon Advertising and marketplace platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, retail, and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
Report on performance, surface actionable insights, and identify new opportunities in the evolving marketplace landscape.
4–5 years’ experience in paid media, with expertise in Amazon Advertising and online marketplaces.
~ Proven success managing and scaling campaigns in a retail or FMCG environment.
~ Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data and driving commercial decisions.
