Are you a corporate lawyer with Private Investment Funds experience looking to step into a strategic leadership role? We’re working with a prestigious international law firm to find a Transactional Services Manager to join their growing London-based Private Investment Funds (PIF) practice.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead a newly formed Transactional Services Team , supporting high-profile fund clients and driving innovation in legal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a high-performing team of paralegals and staff attorneys.
• Develop workflows, playbooks, and precedents for fund transactions (e.g. LP transfers, MFNs, bibling).
• Collaborate with innovation teams to evaluate and implement legal tech solutions.
• Oversee staffing, training, and quality control for transactional support.
• Set pricing models and manage budgets for the team’s services.
• Deliver training to partners and associates on new processes and tools.
• Report on progress, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified corporate lawyer, ideally with proven experience in Private Investment Funds.
• Background in a top-tier law firm or equivalent in-house role (Europe).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in legal services.
