About the role

Role: Account Director Location: North West or West Yorkshire (Hybrid) Type: Full Time I’m recruiting for a leading UK managed IT and technology services provider that helps organisations get the most out of their technology, from cloud and cybersecurity to data and Microsoft solutions. They’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Account Director to manage and expand a portfolio of corporate and enterprise clients. We’re after someone who understands how to deliver a consultative service, not just sell, but someone who can build genuine partnerships, identify opportunities, and guide clients on how technology can drive their business forward. A background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is essential. Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts. Lead commercial strategy and act as the main point of contact for clients. Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver high-value, Microsoft-led solutions. Maintain strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and reporting. Support bids, tenders, and proposals with a focus on long-term client value. 5+ years of B2B account management or sales experience within an MSP or IT services business. ~ Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and managed IT solutions. ~
