A well-regarded secondary school in Barnet, rated Good by Ofsted, is seeking a committed and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join their team from September for a minimum of one academic year.

About the Role | Psychology Graduate
As a Psychology Graduate, you will support pupils across the school with a wide range of SEND. These may include autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and hearing impairments, among others.
You will work both one-to-one and with small groups, helping pupils to access learning, build confidence, and develop positive behaviours within a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities | Psychology Graduate
Support pupils with a diverse range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and sensory needs such as hearing impairments
Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual learning needs
Work closely with teachers and the SENDCo to implement effective support strategies

Requirements | Psychology Graduate Role
A degree in Psychology (or a closely related subject)

Salary & Commitment
£475+ PAYE per week (term-time only)
Full-time role, Monday to Friday
Minimum commitment: September start, full academic year
