Were currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing and forward-thinking Occupational Health provider, who are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join their team based in Greater Manchester.

This is a full-time, permanent position combining clinic-based work with regular travel to client sites using a fully equipped mobile medical unit, ideal for someone who enjoys a varied and hands-on role.
Role Overview:
You will work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver a full range of Occupational Health services to a diverse client base. This role involves both clinic and on-site work, with travel forming a key part of your responsibilities (paid within working hours).
Key duties include:
Case management assessments and management referrals
Health surveillance (spirometry, audiometry, HAVS)
Administering vaccinations in line with the Green Book
Drug and alcohol screening
DSE and workplace health assessments
Delivering wellbeing clinics and health promotion initiatives
Making autonomous clinical decisions and referrals
Managing medical stock, vaccines, and equipment safely
Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring GDPR compliance
Supporting junior staff and contributing to team development
Participating in internal meetings and service improvement
You will also be responsible for travelling to client sites, operating a mobile medical unit, and delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a variety of workplace settings.
Person Specification:
Registered Nurse (NMC)
Minimum 2 years Occupational Health experience
Competent in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, and vaccinations
Full, clean UK driving licence
Willingness to travel regularly to client sites
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Experience implementing clinical protocols and guidelines
