Must have’s
* Proven experience in phone-based sales
* Experience selling regulated products within a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Confident objection-handling and closing ability
* Highly target-driven with a strong desire to earn and succeed
* Ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge
Nice to have’s
* Experience within insurance or financial services sales
* Familiarity with consultative sales techniques

* Speak with customers to understand their needs, priorities and budgets
* Provide expert, consultative advice on suitable insurance solutions
* Use internal systems to generate quotes and compare available policies
* Clearly explain policy benefits and guide customers through their options
* Confidently handle objections and convert enquiries into successful sales
* Deliver excellent customer service while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
