Salary: £50k - £55k, bonus and company car/car allowance

The Opportunity
A well-established and growing fire and security company is looking to appoint an experienced Service Manager to oversee the delivery of PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive service operations across the South of England.
This is a key operational role where you’ll take ownership of service delivery, manage engineers and subcontractors, and act as the central link between clients and internal teams. The Role
As Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day service activities, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key duties include:
- Planning and scheduling PPM works and reactive call outs
- Managing engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitoring job progress using service management systems (e.g. Simpro)
- Preparing RAMS and ensuring health & safety compliance
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Attending contract review meetings and reporting on KPIs
- Reviewing service documentation and addressing non-compliance issues
- Producing quotations for remedial works
- Supporting invoicing and revenue forecasting
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
About You
We’re xwzovoh looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong coordination and communication skills.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in a Service Manager / Coordinator / Scheduler role
- Background in the fire and security industry
- Experience managing PPM or service contracts
- Familiarity with job management systems (Simpro or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable:
- Level 3 qualification in Fire & Security
- Knowledge of RAMS and CDM regulations
