Management Accountant The Opportunity A well-established and growing organisation within the commercial sector is seeking a Management Accountant to join its head office finance team. This is a broad, hands-on role offering real visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence financial performance. This includes: Preparation of monthly management accounts Budgeting and financial performance analysis Year-end accounts and audit support VAT returns (UK & ROI) and statutory reporting Bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and recharges Fixed asset management and hire purchase processes Ongoing improvement of financial systems and processes Regular interaction with departmental stakeholders About You Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role Strong organisational and communication skills Confident working across multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable engaging with non-finance stakeholders Strong systems and Excel capability Desirable Experience with Sage 200 or similar systems The Package Competitive salary (depending on experience) 35-hour working week Early finish every Friday Long-term career opportunity within a stable and growing business
