Finance Assistant

DV8 Fashion Portadown, Craigavon Part-time With nearly 60 stores across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Scotland and 30 years of presence and expertise in the fashion industry, DV8 Fashion is one of the most recognised fashion names on the High Street and we have an opportunity for Finance Assistant to join our team. Working as part of a small finance team, the successful candidates key responsibility will be to support and assist the finance team with daily and monthly transactional duties. Main duties and responsibilities Maintain accounts payable records on company ERP Use automated AP system to process invoices for multiple companies Raise remittances and post payments to bank for authorisation Reconcile monthly supplier statements Complete bank reconciliations at least weekly Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues and disputes Process expense claims to payment stage Process credit card statements Support the wider team as and when required General administration duties Essential Criteria 2+ years experience of working in a similar role Sage or equivalent experience Strong IT skills including Excel Ability to work within a team Ability to multi-task and be well organised Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Desirable Criteria IATI qualification or equivalent Benefits & Perks Competitive salary Flexible work schedule- possibility of 5 shorter days or 4 day week Free on-site car parking Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) providing wellbeing, mental health, and financial advice Opportunities for career development Supportive team environment with exposure to a wide range of financial and operational activities Contract Type- Location-
