Documents Executive
Our client is looking to appoint a skilled Documents Executive to support their central Brand & Communications team. This position is central to producing polished, client-ready materials and ensuring that all written and visual documents reflect the organisation’s brand with consistency and clarity.
The postholder will be confident working at pace, able to manage multiple tasks, and experienced in creating high-quality corporate documents using Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities
- Creation of Client Materials
- Develop well-structured, visually coherent presentations, proposals, tenders, and pitch documents that meet internal quality standards and align with the organisation’s brand.
- Template Development & Oversight
- Design, refine, and maintain a suite of branded templates and formatting tools, helping to embed a consistent visual identity across all Microsoft 365 applications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across the business to provide guidance on formatting, branding, and messaging, ensuring that materials produced throughout the organisation follow agreed standards.
- Enhancing Processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline document production, offering suggestions for improved workflows, additional templates, or changes that support efficiency and quality.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be someone who brings initiative, creativity, and strong organisational skills to their work, and who takes pride in delivering precise, reliable output.
- Strong Document Production Background
- Demonstrable experience in producing professional business documents with excellent attention to layout, structure, and accuracy.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Knowledge
- High-level capability in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to build, customise, and maintain templates that adhere to brand standards.
- Design & Formatting Awareness
- Understanding of layout principles, formatting rules, and brand application, with the ability to convert these into practical tools and templates for everyday use.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
- A meticulous approach to ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all materials.
- Comfortable with Digital Tools
- Confident using modern digital workflows and technology while remaining focused on delivering a supportive, people-centred service. xwzovoh

- Proven ability to balance competing demands, work efficiently under pressure, and deliver high-quality documents within short timeframes.
