An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join a growing and highly regarded team specialising in financial mis-selling claims. This is a fantastic role for a motivated paralegal looking to manage their own caseload and gain exposure to high-quality consumer litigation work within a supportive and regulated environment.



The Role:

•

• Manage your own caseload of financial mis-selling and civil litigation claims from instruction through to resolution

\t

Take ownership of a portfolio of cases, ensuring matters progress efficiently and strategically

\t

Draft high-quality legal documentation, including correspondence, witness statements, letters of claim, and court documents

\t

Act as a key point of contact for clients, financial institutions, experts, and counsel

Requirements:

•

• Minimum 12–18 months’ experience in financial mis-selling, consumer litigation, or civil litigation

\t

Strong understanding of financial mis-selling claims and regulatory frameworks

\t

Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently

\t

Excellent written communication and client care skills

\t

Highly organised with a proactive and xwzovoh detail-oriented approach

\t

Ability to work effectively to deadlines

\t

Experience using case management systems (e.g. Proclaim or similar)
