Program Manager – Creative Marketing
London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

£54.33per hour PAYE

We’re partnering with a global technology organisation looking for an experienced Program Manager to support a high-impact creative marketing function responsible for delivering large-scale campaigns across multiple international markets.
This role sits within a global creative team working closely with marketers, product teams, and agencies to plan and deliver strategic creative initiatives that support major campaign moments.
As Program Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of creative marketing projects, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy while managing timelines, stakeholders, and creative production partners. You’ll play a key role coordinating creative delivery across markets and languages while ensuring high-quality output at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Strategy
- Partner with marketing teams to plan and align creative campaigns with business goals
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes and campaign delivery
- Forecast resources and coordinate across multiple projects
Stakeholder & Agency Partnerships
- Build strong relationships with marketing, media, research and analytics teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for creative and production agencies
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams
Program Management
- Manage creative campaign workflows from planning through delivery
- Balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned with campaign strategy
Global Campaign Delivery
- Oversee localization and translation of creative assets across multiple international markets
- Manage agency partners supporting localisation and asset delivery
- Collaborate with global teams to adapt xwzovoh “master creative” for regional campaigns
What my client is looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience in a creative agency, production studio, or digital marketing environment
- Strong program or project management experience within marketing or creative campaigns
- Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns (live action, digital, animation)
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of creative work across multiple stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with media, research, planning, and analytics teams
Highly desirable:
- Experience managing creative localisation and translation across multiple markets
