This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Licensed Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing property team in Luton. You’ll be handling a varied caseload with strong support and genuine progression opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently
• Conducting title checks, preparing contract packs, and reviewing searches
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
• Providing clear, timely updates and maintaining excellent client communication

What They're Looking For

• Qualified Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent qualification)
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and client care abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure xwzovoh and meet deadlines
• A proactive and commercially aware approach
