ERP Technical Project Manager – Consultant / Senior Consultant

Location: Remote with occasional travel

Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum

Clearance: Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance, have 5 years UK residency, and the right to work status in the UK.

The Role

We are hiring at Consultant and Senior Consultant level for an ERP Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of ERP transformation projects, ideally within SAP environments.

This role will focus on project delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful technical outcomes across ERP programmes, including migration to SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

• Support and lead ERP project delivery across scope, timelines, budget, and risks
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and audit standards
• Manage RAID logs, reporting, and project controls

ERP / SAP Delivery

• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformation programmes
• Work across business and technical teams to define current and future state processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or broader ERP platforms preferred

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and solution discussions
• Build strong client relationships and manage expectations

Testing & Deployment

• Oversee UAT, defect management, release planning, and go-live readiness
• Ensure documentation, handover, and operational readiness

Skills & Experience Required

• 6+ years’ experience delivering ERP or SAP projects
• Strong experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong governance, planning, and reporting xwzovoh experience
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
• Experience in consulting environments preferred

Desirable

• SAP project experience, particularly S/4HANA programmes
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, SAP or Business Analysis
• Experience supporting bids, proposals, or business development activity
