An industry leading Renewable Energy firm in Milton Keynes are looking to appoint a Document Controller, supporting major infrastructure projects with seamless data and document control. This hybrid role offers occasional site visits and the chance to contribute to innovative transitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the shift to a new Common Data Environment (CDE) like InEight Document, from setup to ongoing improvements.
• Manage documentation, data, and records from pre-construction to handover.
• Perform quality checks on deliverables and generate reports on workflows, RFIs, and documents.
• Train project teams on procedures and drive continuous enhancements.
• Administer SharePoint, ensure filing accuracy, and audit project information.
• Align with our Quality Management System and identify improvement opportunities.

What They're Looking For:

• Proficiency in MS Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Document Control Systems (InEight desirable—training provided).
• Background in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

The salary range for this role is between £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus
