Engineering Labourer with Stacker Truck

Kinetic Industrial is recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering company based in Middleton. We are looking for an Engineering Labourer / Stacker Truck Driver, who will play a key role in supporting the production team and ensuring manufacturing processes run smoothly.

Your responsibilities as a Stacker Truck driver / Engineering op, your day to day duties will include:
*Operating a stacker truck safely and efficiently
*Safely removing finished components from punched and laser-cut metal sheets
*Deburring metal components to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish
*Supporting machine operators with material loading, machine set-ups and production activities
*Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment in line with company standards

To be considered for this role, you will have:
*A valid externally accredited Stacker Truck Licence (not in-house)
*Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
*Deburring experience
*Experience working alongside production machinery
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal
*A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail

You will receive the following:
*£13.74 per hour
*Overtime paid at 1.5x after 38 hours
*Temporary to permanent opportunity after 12 weeks
