This role will serve as a Senior Business Strategy Analyst, supporting the EMEA region.As the EMEA Senior Business Strategy Analyst, Officer you will:Support development of EMEA strategic initiatives, providing analytical input on growth opportunities, market entry, and business optimisationPartner with regional business and distribution teams to contribute to the annual planning process, including product focus areas and tracking performanceWork closely with Markets Intelligence & Analytics teams to deliver and enhance management reporting, ensuring accuracy and actionable insightsAnalyse EMEA market trends, client behaviour, and competitor positioning, leveraging internal and external data sourcesDevelop data-driven insights and materials (presentations, briefings) to support senior stakeholder decision-makingThese skills will help you succeed in this role:Strong experience in the asset management industry or related Financial Services experience (5–7 years)Operated in business strategy analyst role or equivalent at a large scale asset management organization or at a Top-Tier Strategy or Financial Services Consulting firmExperience supporting business planning, strategy projects, or market analysisStrong analytical skillset with ability to translate data into clear insights and structured outputsProactive, detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple workstreams and take ownership of deliverablesAdvanced Excel, PowerPoint skills; experience building slides for senior audiencesUnderstanding/ Desire to develop an understanding of the global ETF landscape and SSGA’s business lines across ETFs, Cash and RetirementAbout State StreetAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
