About the role

CMC are looking to build up our commercial team, and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across multiple HV projects, on a 12 month consulting basis.

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Outside IR35
Predominately remote with occasional travel to Merseyside office
Administering the contract on behalf of client with the Contractor and with any Subcontractor’s
Overseeing Project Budgets
Managing and agreeing change

Finalising client & Subcontract Accounts
Risk profiling and intervention
