We’re partnering with a fast-growing activewear brand to hire a Product Developer & Garment Technologist. This is a hands-on role with ownership across development, fit, and production in a high-growth environment.

The role:

Develop on-brand, performance-led activewear from concept to production

Create detailed tech packs and technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator

Lead fit sessions (digital & physical) and manage all fit/tech approvals

Work closely with suppliers to manage development, sampling, and timelines

Oversee critical path to ensure on-time product launches

Partner with buying and logistics to support production and delivery

We are looking to connect xwzovoh with candidates who have experience in product development and garment technology (activewear/sportswear preferred) with a strong understanding of fit, construction, and fabric performance
